Growing up, I was always taught that for every event I had or night out I needed to have a brand new outfit. As I got older, I kept following that trend until I started to be more conscious on how this impacts Mother Earth. I realized fast fashion was way more toxic, if not equal to, using single-plastic. So I have tried to make a very conscious effort to purchase pieces that will be reusable multiple times as well as to donate items that I no longer use.
By the end of 2019, I owned more than 35 pair of jeans, I don’t know about you but that sounds excessive specially since jeans are such a reusable wardrobe piece. I noticed that I kept using the same 5 all the time so I decided to donate the rest (Yay for reusing!)
So here is a pair of jeans I absolutely adore and the many ways I have wore them.
I’m still learning on how to be more conscious with my wardrobe so if you have any tips please leave me a comment!
